test(coverage): unit tests for PATCH /api/session FlexInt fields

Add 11 tests covering relevantallowed, newslettersallowed, marketingconsent,
and aboutme fields in PATCH /api/session. Includes both numeric and string
representations of FlexInt values (HTML <select> sends "0"/"1" as strings)
that were fixed when *int was changed to *utils.FlexInt for these fields.
