* fix: bump sys_evt task stack to 4096 to prevent mDNS init overflow

default 2304 overflows on mDNS + WiFi + callbacks; surfaced as a stack
overflow panic on bitaxe-650 dual-chip timing but affects all boards.

* fix: enable SSD1306 display on bitaxe-650

650 scaffold missed the nine BOARD_BITAXE_601 || BOARD_BITAXE_403 gates
in display.c, leaving the OLED disabled. Add BOARD_BITAXE_650.

Follow-up TA-188 tracks replacing the gate chain with capability-based
dispatch.
