feat(bb_ota_pull): log OTA download progress and stall detection (#74)

v0.11.7 added handshake retries but once download starts, the perform
loop runs silent until completion. Field report of an update that
appeared to hang after "OTA target partition: ota_1" had no further
logs to narrow down whether TLS handshake blocked, the HTTP stream
stalled mid-download, or perform returned an unrecognized error.

- log image size on entry to the download loop
- log progress at each 10% boundary
- warn if no bytes advance for >10s (stalled socket)
- log the final perform error if it exits non-OK
