fix(update): surface every per-device error inline (#15)

The loop appended errors to a list and only printed the first one at the
end via "Error: ...". Any miner that errored before updateDevice reached
its first Printf (e.g. /api/ota/check returning 500 or a timeout) had
its trace silently swallowed — looking like the miner was skipped when
really the failure wasn't reported.

Print each per-device error as it happens and return a summary error
with the failure count.
