chore: clear cppcheck warnings (#144)

- main.c: flip the ASIC_BM1370 hashrate/temp_c branch so the tdongle
  path is the else-case; avoids redundant assignment flagged under
  ASIC builds
- partition_fixup.c: suppress unusedFunction false-positive
  (cross-TU — called from src/main.c); drop unused esp_log.h
