fix(taipan_config): store pool_port via bb_nv u16 accessors (#143)

Use bb_nv_{get,set}_u16 (breadboard v0.11.4) for pool_port. This drops
the legacy u32 re-type that made taipan_config's read path susceptible
to NVS type-mismatch residue from older firmware, and relies on
breadboard's new erase-on-mismatch set path plus fallback-on-mismatch
read path to make cross-version upgrades transparent.

Fixes:
- pool_port cleared to 0 after upgrading past v0.7.1
- first settings-save didn't persist the port (required second save)
