Nfts: return empty list on non-mainnet EVM chains instead of 500

User on Sepolia hit 'unsupported for this ethereum network with
chain id 11155111' as a 500 from Nft:list. The NFT discovery
provider (modchain_assets) is mainnet-only by design — but the
right behaviour is "no NFTs to show", not a hard error that
breaks the whole wallet view on every non-mainnet network
(Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Sepolia, …).

Return an empty list so the UI just renders 'no NFTs' on those
chains. Mainnet path is unchanged. As coverage expands, add
the chainIds to the supported set.
