feat(space): data-driven artifact rendering with worktree commit display (#1577)

- Rewrite ArtifactCard to dispatch on data shape (not artifactType string):
  PR card for GitHub PR URLs, commit-ref for GitHub commit URLs, link card
  for any URL, terminal output for stdout/stderr/test_output fields,
  markdown block for summary-only data, structured table for flat key-value
  data, generic fallback otherwise. ArtifactType shown as a badge on every
  card.
- Change ArtifactType from a narrow enum to string so any agent-reported
  type label is accepted without code changes.
- Add repoUrl to getCommits RPC response and syncCommits cache: reads
  git remote get-url origin and normalises SSH/HTTPS to a clean GitHub URL.
- Enhance commit rows in TaskArtifactsPanel with author name, relative time,
  and clickable SHA links to GitHub (when repoUrl is available).
- Add getGitRemoteUrl + normalizeGithubUrl helpers in artifact-git-ops.ts
  with full unit tests. Add comprehensive ArtifactCard.test.tsx (32 tests
  covering every renderer and the type badge). Update TaskArtifactsPanel
  tests (4 new tests for author, relative time, GitHub link).
