feat(bb_http)!: drop callback from bb_http_server_start (#46)

Breaking: bb_http_server_start no longer takes a routes callback. Consumer calls
bb_http_register_route / bb_http_register_assets directly after start.
bb_http_app_routes_fn typedef removed. Aligns with the declarative
bb_prov_start(assets, n) shape.
