feat(bb_prov)!: rename bb_prov_switch_to_normal → bb_prov_stop; drop callback (#45)

Breaking: consumer now calls bb_prov_stop() then registers app routes directly.
Removes a function-pointer parameter and aligns with the declarative asset-table
pattern from the previous commit.
