fix(storage): migrate AuditInfoStore to squirrel PlaceholderFormat (#1258)

Migrates AuditInfoStore from the deprecated CondInterpreter query builder to squirrel's PlaceholderFormat, following the same pattern established for SignerInfoStore and BindingStore (PR #1199)

Changes:
- common/auditinfo.go: replace ci CondInterpreter with sq.PlaceholderFormat
- sqlite/auditinfo.go: pass sq.Question to NewAuditInfoStore, add RetryWriteDB
- postgres/auditinfo.go: pass sq.Dollar to NewAuditInfoStore
- auditinfo_test.go: update mock to use sq.Dollar and exact query matching
