refactor(wifi): swap local wifi_prov for bb_wifi/bb_prov/bb_mdns; delete http_server shim (#121)

- replace components/wifi_prov with bb_wifi + bb_prov + bb_mdns
- brand provisioning AP password as "taipanminer"
- include sanitized worker name in mdns hostname
- delete local http_server shim; consume breadboard http_server
- taipan_web routes register via bb_prov save callback API
