refactor(breadboard): swap log_stream + nv_config, pin v0.3.0 via fetch script (#118)

- replace local components/log_stream and nv_config with breadboard
  equivalents consumed via EXTRA_COMPONENT_DIRS
- add scripts/fetch_breadboard.py: clones breadboard v0.3.0 into
  .breadboard/ on first build; symlink respected if present
- nv_config kept as a thin local wrapper forwarding to breadboard
- new taipan_config component wraps pool/wallet/worker keys on top
  of generic bb_nv_get/set_str; NVS namespace preserved as taipanminer
  via BB_NV_CONFIG_NAMESPACE compile definition
- all bb_nv_config_* call sites renamed across TM
