feat(bb_prov): configurable AP password via bb_prov_set_ap_password() (#31)

Analogous to existing bb_prov_set_ap_ssid_prefix. Lets consumers brand
the provisioning AP password alongside the SSID prefix. Defaults to
"breadboard" if not set; NULL restores the default.

Closes TA-159.
