project: migrate to async IO

Replace requests with niquests, imaplib with aioimaplib, and smtplib
with aiosmtplib. Token operations (refresh, exchange, device code,
device poll) are now async. The --test flag runs IMAP, POP, and SMTP
checks concurrently via asyncio.gather. POP3 remains sync via
anyio.to_thread since poplib has no async equivalent.
