fix: p4+hosted provisioning compatibility (#8)

- wifi_prov: set WIFI_MODE_APSTA before reading AP MAC
- wifi_prov: use esp_wifi_get_mac(WIFI_IF_AP) instead of esp_read_mac
  (on P4+C6 hosted, esp_read_mac returns ESP_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED
  because the wifi MAC lives on the C6, not in P4 efuse)
- wifi_prov: update AP ssid prefix BSP- → BB- and password to
  "breadboard" (WPA2-PSK requires ≥8 chars)
- http_server: register prov_ui_routes_fn before the GET /*
  captive-portal wildcard so consumer-registered specific routes
  (e.g. GET /) don't collide with the wildcard
