- Upgrade Yarn from 4.13.0 to 4.14.1 (release binary, package.json,
  .yarnrc.yml).
- Bump prettier 3.8.1 to 3.8.2, uv-pre-commit 0.11.6 to 0.11.7, ruff
  pre-commit v0.15.10 to v0.15.11, astral-sh/setup-uv v8.0.0 to v8.1.0.
- Bump Python deps: commitizen >=4.13.10, ruff >=0.15.10, pytest
  >=9.0.3, niquests >=3.18.5, platformdirs >=4.9.6, esbonio >=2.0.0.
- Harden publish and release workflows: tolerate missing workflow runs,
  handle skipped/neutral/timed_out conclusions, add release guard step,
  clean up prior non-publishing Release runs, and cancel non-publishing
  runs.
- Expand .claude/settings.local.json.dist with cache env vars and more
  allowed gh, git, uv, and yarn commands; drop obsolete entries.
- Extend .gitignore and .prettierignore with user dotfiles and
  /.claude/commands; refresh CITATION.cff date to 2026-04-19.
- Update click-auditor and release agent docs; add dictionary entries
  (esac, pythonhosted, ripgreprc, tostring).
- Switch pre-commit prettier entry to `yarn exec prettier`; refresh
  uv.lock and yarn.lock.
