- .clangd committed (no CompilationDatabase line — plugin handles it)
- .clangd.example removed (replaced by committed .clangd)
- compile_commands.json (plugin-generated root symlink) gitignored
- Makefile lsp-<env> pattern target for explicit board switch
- CLAUDE.md rewritten to document the new plugin-driven workflow
