feat: recognize pull-request metadata records as a new target

PR-association records (`{prNumber, prRepository, prUrl, sessionId}`) have
no `type` field, so they were landing in the catch-all warning branch and
getting dropped. Add a `PullRequest` target, detect these records by the
`prRepository` key, and render them as `<owner/repo>#<N>\n<url>` so both
the slug and the URL are searchable. Keep them out of default targets so
normal searches stay unaffected; surface them via `-t pull-request` or
`-t all`.
