feat: polish dump/tail label rendering

- Dim the `[target]` / `[target:tool]` label so it recedes next to the
  content it precedes.
- Break onto a new line before multi-line payloads (file reads, stdout,
  etc.) so the first line is not crammed next to the label; single-line
  records keep the label inline.
- Extract the duplicated print loop shared by `dump` and `tail` into a
  single `print_dump_record` helper.
