fix: resolve clangd performance and correctness findings (#1028)

- Pass QString by const ref in executeBlocking (executor.h/cpp)
- Pass QString by const ref in reencryptPath (mainwindow.h/cpp)
- Pass QString by const ref in findBinaryInPath (util.h/cpp)
- Use const ref for record_type in gpgkeystate.cpp
- Remove unused 'this' lambda capture in qtpass.cpp
