test(embedding): cover EmbedBatch, SetSidecarURL, SetEntries, Load guard

Extends the embedding package test suite to hit previously-uncovered
surface area: EmbedBatch (empty input short-circuit, success path, HTTP
error, connection refused, bad JSON), SetSidecarURL (explicit override
plus empty-string fallback), Store.SetEntries, Store.Load when the
global DB handle is nil, Search with empty msgtype filter, Search
bounding-box tolerance (0.02 slack), and Search against an empty store.

Package coverage: 57.4% -> 69.0%.
