doc: switch space-repo plan to thin single-repo model

Adopt a leaner architecture for the space-management subsystem:

- Single 'spaces' repo with a named graph per space, instead of one
  'space_<spaceRef>' repo per space.
- Thin contents: only derived/extracted authority data — RoleAssignment
  + evidence, role definitions, validated view displays, space profile
  metadata. Source nanopubs stay in 'full'; the spaces repo is purely
  the projection. Catch-all loading is dropped.
- Materializer attaches the resolved publisher agent to each evidence
  object (npa:viaPublisherAgent), so consumer queries don't need a
  SERVICE join to the trust repo. Trust repo stays separate.
- View-display validation moves into the materializer too — only
  publisher-gated displays land as npa:ValidatedViewDisplay triples,
  so Nanodash queries become plain joins.

Phase 1 renamed to "Detection & Extraction" to reflect that the loader
extracts triples rather than mirroring whole nanopubs. Bootstrap and
unloading sections updated to match. Open/deferred adds a note on
extending the extraction set rather than reintroducing raw-nanopub
loading if new consumer needs emerge.

Plan size: 223 -> 199 lines.
