Swap API: Jupiter Ultra + dFlow (Solana) + 1inch (EVM)

New Swap:quote and Swap:execute endpoints powered by three
aggregators. Two-step flow: quote returns a SwapQuote with a 90 s
quoteId, amount/min-amount/route breakdown; execute signs and
broadcasts, returning a SwapResult with the on-chain tx hash.

Solana flows reuse the existing Ed25519 TSS signing via
acct.Sign — quotes come back with a pre-built transaction, we
splice the user's signature into slot 0. Jupiter Ultra posts the
signed tx back to /execute; dFlow broadcasts via sendTransaction.

EVM flow drives the existing wlttx.Transaction pipeline — 1inch's
{to, data, value, gas, gasPrice} response maps directly to a
Type=evm transaction that SignAndSend handles.

All providers wire 50 bps referral fee to
BF436HVWSsrdXkYQU3NAg5W4gqPogEKhdVJBQXPkcXLE (Solana) and
0x17Ab1f88C4C90E5A5290cFb8550CDa1279E84531 (EVM). The 1inch API
key ships empty; set wltswap.OneInchAPIKey to enable EVM swaps.
