Solana balance: exclude rent-exempt reserve from displayed amount

nativeBalance for Solana now subtracts the rent-exempt minimum
before returning, so a user who receives 0.01 SOL sees 0.01 in
their wallet rather than 0.01089 (0.01 received + 0.00089 rent
reserve they can't actually spend without closing the account).

maxSendable and the Solana preflight still query the raw balance
directly, so their "you can send X, you have Y reserved" breakdown
remains accurate — only the UI-facing Asset.Amount changes.
