* feat(helm): add support for HTTProute

* fix(helm): fix httproute template and CI lint errors

- Fix yamllint "missing starting space in comment" error in values.yaml
  (#rules: → rules: [] with proper commented examples)
- Fix httproute.yaml rule list item structure: the `-` marker was inside
  `{{- with .matches }}`, producing invalid YAML for rules without matches
- Generate a default catch-all rule with backendRefs when no rules are
  configured
- Wrap parentRefs with `{{- with }}` so it's omitted when empty
- Fix inconsistent indentation in commented YAML examples
- Use doc-comment style (# --) for podLabels
