fix(cypher): make hot paths n-ary and generic

Generalize chained merge and traversal fast paths to support full label sets
and abstract chained aggregation selection into a single generic matcher.
Also update MATCH candidate loading, OPTIONAL MATCH label filtering, cache
keys, and computed coalesce resolution to preserve correct multi-label
semantics.

Add regressions for multi-label merge, optional match, computed coalesce,
and generic chained aggregation projection handling.
