* docs(bundle): add T-SB-XXXX spec cross-references to all test functions

Add /// T-SB-XXXX: description doc comments to all 48 test functions
in archive.rs (11 tests) and validate.rs (37 tests), linking each to
its corresponding test case ID from bundle-tool-validation.md.

This enables programmatic traceability audits between spec test cases
and implemented tests (grep T-SB- crates/sonde-bundle/src/ now returns
48 matches vs 0 before).

* docs(bundle): fix annotation format per review

- Split multi-ID lines (T-SB-0201/0202, T-SB-0800+0200) into one ID
  per doc comment line for machine-parseable traceability
- Add variant marker to duplicate T-SB-0100 and T-SB-0500 references
- Remove misleading T-SB-1003 from test_validate_bundle (only tests
  valid case)

* docs(bundle): add variant markers to all duplicate spec IDs

Mark all repeated T-SB-XXXX references with variant to maintain
unambiguous 1:1 spec-to-test mapping for automated traceability:
- T-SB-0201 variant on hardlink, FIFO, dotdot tests (primary: path traversal)
- T-SB-0500 variant on working_dir and multiple_handlers tests (primary: unknown program)
- T-SB-0605 variant on positive and no-pin cases (primary: pins required)
- T-SB-0200 variant on round-trip test (primary in separate test)
