fix(cypher): preserve fallback MERGE chain bindings and unify string literal decoding

Fallback MERGE ... WITH ... MATCH ... MERGE ... queries now keep scalar aliases across segments and rematch nodes from the merge cache, so the staged qVersions row shape creates its relationships again. Also replaces duplicated quoted-string parsing with a shared decoder and adds regression coverage for temporal materialization.
