* maint #331 automate diffractometers.rst generation on docs build

make_geometries_doc.py:
- Replace timestamp header with a '.. solvers: name=version ...'
  sentinel that changes only when installed solver versions change.
- Add solver_versions(), sentinel_string(), is_stale() for version-based
  stale detection; log whether file is current or will be regenerated.
- Add solver_versions_table() to display solver name/version on the page.
- main() returns True if file was written, False if already current.

docs/source/conf.py:
- Add builder-inited hook (_generate_diffractometers_rst) that calls
  make_geometries_doc.main() before Sphinx reads any sources.
- Logs outcome (regenerated or current) as a diagnostic in all cases.

docs/source/diffractometers.rst:
- Regenerated with new sentinel format and Solver Versions table.

Wrap make_geometries_doc.main() in try/except so that environments
without libhkl (e.g. docs-only CI) log a warning and continue rather
than aborting the build with ExtensionError: No module named 'gi'.
