v1.7.2: Split Faridi 2018 (PMID 30315122) into 17 per-transfectant samples (#50)

Faridi 2018 profiles 17 separate C1R mono-allelic transfectants (one
per HLA-A/B allele).  The YAML previously had a single ms_samples
entry with mhc: unknown / 'HLA class I', losing the per-allele
sample identity used by the observations join to attribute each
peptide to its transfectant.

Replaced with 17 entries (one per allele, sorted by IEDB peptide
count descending).  Allele list verified against built index:

After rebuild, the sample-metadata join will attribute each
Faridi observation to its specific C1R-allele transfectant rather
than collapsing into a single class-only sample row.
