* docs #311 split architecture diagram into four pre-built SVG figures

Replace the monolithic .. graphviz:: block in __overview.rst with four
.. figure:: directives referencing pre-built SVGs committed to _static/.
Update concepts.rst to use the new overview SVG instead of the old PNG.
DOT source files are committed alongside the SVGs so they can be edited
and re-rendered locally without a Sphinx build.
