The initResp tests were returning the full ~913KB compact-rules payload
as the page.evaluate return value, requiring a browser→Node CDP roundtrip
of the entire object. On CI runners this caused data loss during
serialization. Extract only the fields being tested inside the browser
and return small verification objects instead.

* test: add diagnostic output to initResp tests for CI debugging

Capture message keys, config keys, and stringified config to
understand what the test handler receives on the CI runner.
