fix: avoid conflicting pipeline parameters in CI continuation

When run_manual_promote or build_testflight is triggered via API, those
parameters are already set at the pipeline level. Re-passing them in the
continuation causes CircleCI to reject with "Conflicting pipeline
parameters". Now we only pass use_self_hosted (the computed value) and
let trigger-level parameters flow through automatically.
