* Add Goose, Gemini CLI, and Amp as skill-supporting clients

Enable skill installation for three additional AI clients, all
using the .agents/skills/ convention for both user and project
scope. Each client also discovers skills from its native path
(.gemini/skills/, ~/.config/agents/skills/, etc.) but .agents/
is the cross-client standard.

* Fix --client flag name and default behavior in skills docs

The CLI uses --clients (plural), and the default targets all
skill-supporting clients, not just the first one.
