fix(solana): use named-param JSON-RPC for getAssetsByOwner

Helius DAS API expects params as a JSON object; sending it as an array
(default Handler.DoCtx behavior) results in:
  jsonrpc error -32602: invalid type: map, expected a string

Add Network.DoRPCNamed helper that uses ethrpc.RPC.DoNamedCtx and
route the getAssetsByOwner call through it.
