fix: skip dispose in FFI test to avoid shutdown race

The Go c-shared runtime's goroutine cleanup races with Dart's isolate
shutdown when the test process exits immediately after dispose(). In
production apps this isn't an issue since the process stays alive.
Skip dispose in tests — the OS cleans up on exit.
