feat(herald-client): show member avatars (#405)

* feat(herald-client): show member avatars in directory listing

Display avatar images next to member names in the Member Directory.
Uses the existing /api/name/:name/avatar endpoint with a letter
fallback when no avatar is set.

* feat(herald-client): show avatar on member details page

Display a large avatar above the QR code on the member detail view,
using the same /api/name/:name/avatar endpoint with letter fallback.

* refactor(herald-client): move avatar beside member name header

Place the avatar to the left of the member address at the top of
the detail page instead of above the QR code.
