Addresses findings from AUDIT_REPORT.md: adds CORS, wires json_limit as
body limit, prefixes metric route labels with /api/v1, renames SQLite
file to archon.db, returns remaining queue from /queue/:registry/clear,
sources /version from CARGO_PKG_VERSION, tightens batch import validation,
populates didDocumentMetadata.timestamp from the block store, strips
deprecated didDocumentRegistration fields on resolve, preserves insertion
order in search/query, writes real SQLite blocks.txns, adds graceful
shutdown, and emits 4-space-indented JSON to match TS byte output.
