* test: add protocolRegex documentation and simplify test comment

- Add design documentation to Util::protocolRegex() explaining file:// exclusion
- Simplify test comment to reference source documentation

* test: address review findings for util tests

- Simplify protocolRegex comment to reference source file
- Use QUuid for unique executable names in temp test
- Add comment explaining PATH caching limitation

Fixes #985

* test: remove duplicate protocol assertions in regexPatternEdgeCases

Each protocol was asserted twice - keep only one assertion per protocol.

* test: fix comment wording to be self-contained in findBinaryInPathTempExecutableInTempDir

Replace 'Finding 4 suggests' with direct explanation that test is skipped
in restricted environments where writing to 'sh' directory is not allowed.
Reference Util::_env to explain why alternative approach was rejected.
