Expand test suite: fill coverage gaps, add allele diversity, bump to 4.10.0

New test files:
- test_sequence_helpers.py: direct tests for protein_subsequences_around_mutations
- test_cli_coverage.py: tests for _apply_exclusion, genome_from_args, best_transcript, RNA expression dict helpers
- test_predictor_internals.py: tests for _format_prediction_df and _attach_expression_data edge cases
- test_edge_case_fixtures.py: empty files, malformed CSVs, missing columns, long sequences

Modified tests:
- test_end_to_end.py: parameterize input-format tests, add mouse H-2 and Class II DQ allele coverage
- test_integration.py: vary default allele to A0301
- test_sources.py: vary default allele to A*03:01
