* fix: address AI findings in qtpasssettings

- Change Pass* to QScopedPointer<Pass> for proper cleanup
- Replace foreach with std::as_const range-based for loops
- Add null check before calling pass->init()

* fix: spelling and documentation in qtpasssettings.h

- Fix defaultvalue -> defaultValue in doc comments
- Add missing docs for getPwgenExecutable and setPwgenExecutable
- Ensure pass is Pass* (not QScopedPointer) to match implementation

* fix: add constructor docs and fix parameter naming

- Add doxygen comment for private default constructor
- Fix passwordCharsselection -> passwordCharsSelection in param name
