feat(cypher): compile binding WHERE predicates and make traversal viewport-aware

This change folds together the Cypher executor specialization work and the temporal viewport refactor:

compile and cache common binding-row WHERE predicates
add benchmark and regression coverage for binding WHERE evaluation
thread TemporalViewport through MATCH, OPTIONAL MATCH, chained traversal, and reversed-path expansion
make relationship expansion honor the active viewport instead of falling back to background-context behavior
update traversal and query-shape tests to the new context-aware signatures
