* Ontology cleanup: fix erroneous genes, remove redundancy, add chains (v3.29.0)

Erroneous gene fixes:
- Remove Ctenomys DRB01-04 (allele lineages, not loci; DRB inherited)
- Remove Ctenopharyngodon UHA103 (clone ID; UAA/UBA inherited)
- Replace Pelodiscus B01 with B (allele notation → gene)
- Remove Dicentrarchus a1-a30 (no published basis; UA inherited)
- Fix Bos sp. duplicate NC8

Structural cleanup:
- Remove Octodon sp. indirection (0 genes, 1 child)
- Remove redundant TAP1/TAP2/TAPBP/B2M from 16 taxa (inherited from root)
- Promote BLA to Galliformes sp., UEA to Amphibia sp.

Add missing class II alpha/beta chains:
- Marsupialia sp.: DRB, DRB1
- Ornithorhynchus anatinus: DRB
- Falco sp.: DAA, DRA
- Accipitriformes sp.: DRA
- Gruiformes sp.: DAA
- Ardeidae sp.: DAA

* Refine ontology inheritance and bump version
