refactor(bigModal): drop allAssets usage DEV-1328 (#6872)

### 💭 Notes

`BigModal` doesn't need to operate on `allAsset` and now is making one
less call as the `asset.url` was already available :)

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ Have an account and a project
2. Go to Project → Summary tab
3. Use "Preview form" from right side "Quick Links"
4. 🟢 Notice Enketo preview modal works correctly 
5. Use "Preview" icon button (eye icon) from top right
