feat: add display_off and improve boot splash behavior (#59)

- add display_off() to clear screen and disable backlight after boot
- show splash for 2s then turn off display when mining starts
- keep provisioning screen visible until WiFi connects, then turn off
- remove bold from splash text for cleaner appearance
- dim provisioning LED to 15% brightness
