project: drop aiofiles and clarify installation

Remove the unused aiofiles dependency from pyproject.toml, .wiswa.jsonnet,
and uv.lock.

Document global installation via uv tool or pipx, and the dev-dependency
workflow, in README.md and docs/index.rst.

Reflow 0.2.0 changelog bullets for markdownlint. Add Unreleased entries
for the dependency removal and documentation updates.
