fix: pass FIRMWARE_BOARD via cmake_extra_args for reliable project name (#52)

- PIOENV env var was not always reaching CMake subprocess, causing
  project name to fall back to "taipanminer-unknown"
- pass -DFIRMWARE_BOARD=<board> explicitly per PlatformIO environment
- CMakeLists.txt prefers the CMake variable, falls back to PIOENV
- gitignore auto-generated partition_fixup_data.c
- update new-board checklist in CLAUDE.md
