feat: add GitHub and GitLab OAuth provider support

- Extended AuthConfig with GitHubClientID/Secret and GitLabClientID/Secret fields.
- Updated app_auth.go to register GitHub and GitLab providers when credentials are present.
- Modified newAuth to return provider names instead of count for logging and API exposure.
- Added GET /auth/providers endpoint to list active OAuth providers.
- Updated LoginPage to fetch and display buttons for all configured providers dynamically.
