test: rewrite tests following DCL testing standards

Restructure presenter unit and integration tests with proper
describe/when/and nesting, scoped mocks per context, afterEach
cleanup, and specific it() descriptions. Add address validation
tests for promote/demote handlers. Fix scene-bans tests for
refreshRoomBans signature change.
